Since 2014, over 2 000 filmmakers have joined us in our quest for more liveable urban areas, provoking and engaging people around with short documentaries. But we still need you !

Opening of the call for entries

Jury selection process
Pre-selection of 50 films by our editorial team.
Selection of nominated films and winners by an international jury of professionals.

Screenings in Paris, online and around the world
Multiple screenings in Greater Paris Metropolis and across the world start and will occur throughout the rest of the year. The winning films are also available online.

Megacities Shortdocs at the Positive Cinema Week in Cannes
Winners films will be screened as part of the 11th Positive Cinema Week during the Cannes Film Festival. One of the winning directors will be invited to Cannes to climb the Festival's famous red steps.
